Andre R. Horn
Chairman of the Board
ANDRE R. HORN has been a director of REMEC since 1988. Mr. Horn is the retired Chairman of the Board of Joy Manufacturing Company. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Horn served as the Chairman of the Board of Needham & Company, Inc. He currently holds the honorary position of Chairman Emeritus of Needham & Company, Inc. Mr. Horn holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Paris and is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (Paris).
