(Nasdaq:REMC) today announced that the Company's audit committee has engaged Squar Milner Reehl Williamson LLP as the Company's new independent accountant. As previously announced, Ernst & Young, LLP is resigning as the Company's independent accounting firm effective no later than completion of its review of the Company's interim financial information for the three months and nine months ended October 29, 2004. Squar Milner is one of the largest auditing firms based in California serving over 20 publicly held companies in the telecommunication, technology and manufacturing services industries.
